What's included with training?
- Baseline body measurements and progress pictures - all optional but strongly encouraged as they offer a clearer picture than looking at body weight alone.
- Goal-Specific, Logic-Driven Exercise Programming based on Initial assessment, goals and progress.
- Exercises center around form and posture during actions our bodies were meant to perform: standing, walking, lifting, running and throwing.
- If the skeleton - and therefore musculature- is out of alignment, the entire body will not function optimally. This could mean NO engagement of appropriate muscles AND overreliance on, and over recruitment of, incorrect muscles/muscle groups. When the body is tight and misaligned, improper activity can worsen skeleto- alignment further and result in pain, physical and mental stress, disease, and injury.
- Real-Time, Accurate Heart Rate and energy expenditure measurements via Polar Heart Rate Monitor (measures calories expended)
- Exercises center around form and posture during actions our bodies were meant to perform: standing, walking, lifting, running and throwing.
- Continuous support, guidance and accountability - Guidance on nutrition, recovery and blueprints for workouts outside of training
