$60 Initial Fitness, Body Composition and Weight Management Consultation

-Baseline fitness assessment which determines strengths, weaknesses and muscle imbalances that should be addressed to create a safe and effective foundation for posture, movement and strength training.   
-Exercise testing with heart rate monitoring to determine baseline fitness and calories expenditure
- Body fat and circumference measurements plus progress pics to observe and track changes, enhance motivation and adapt program over time
-Recommendations for Frequency, Intensity, Duration and Type of exercises specific for your goal. This includes proportion or cardio vs. strength exercise and the optimal tempo, sets, reps, weights and rest for your program. 
-Visual and numerical data that backs up your program.

$75 Nutrition Assessment and Consultation

-Comprehensive nutrition assessment yielding insight into the most effective diet strategies and modifications for your lifestyle and goals. 
-Individual nutrition recommendations, including calculations and rational for individual calories, foods  and macronutrient breakdown
-Verbal and written summary of nutrition needs,  get set up with a customized nutrition tracker that analyzes your intake, custom food lists, recipes, meal timing and hunger strategies built around your abilities and preferences. 

-Follow Ups are conducted on a regular basis to track changes, keep accountable and address challenges along the way. $35 Per 40 minute follow up.  Includes Follow up Email with recommendations and resources.

  • Goal-Specific, Logic-Driven Exercise Programming:
    • sets, reps, tempo, form and resistance;  
    • frequency, intensity, duration and type of exercise; 
    •  appropriate mix of cardio and strength; rest and recovery days.  
  • Real-Time, Accurate Heart Rate and energy expenditure measurements via Polar Heart Rate Monitor ( measures calories out) 
  • Continuous support, guidance and accountability - Guidance and blueprints for workouts outside of training
