8. Heart Rate monitor or wearable device is an awesome tool to optimize workouts. I recommend a monitor or wearable, if it is within your budget and you like tracking numbers. Not Required. ..I recommend the Heart Rate monitor Polar h7 or h10.
Fit bit, apple watch, Garmin, or similar wearable also works. Heart rate, calories and daily step count is helpful info.
